The following terms and conditions are legally binding immediately upon
agreement. We reserve the right to terminate any agreement at our discretion.
- EPOCH SYSTEMS handles all of our billing and partnership payments. Checks are mailed to you direct from EPOCH SYSTEMS and are subject to their terms and conditions.
- You may post as many links on your site as you wish. You may make your own banners, use
our banners or use whatever
methods you wish to generate traffic from your website for our program. You may also use blind links at your discretion.
- We do not allow newsgroup or e-mail spamming in our program. We consider this cheating and unethical and we will terminate your account if any such practices are used. In that event, any funds owed to that account will be forfeited.
- Sending traffic from any URLs which contain and/or promote child pornography, beastialty, warez, and/or password selling or trading will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the traffic was sent and the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account.
- Transactions are registered by EPOCH SYSTEMS, tampering will lead to account termination, loss of all funds, and possibly prosecution.
- Pregnant Pics will not be held responsible for losses due to downtime resulting from complications with hosting equipment or technical errors.
- All funds are paid by check in U.S. funds.
- You must notify us of changes in any information established in the account agreement.
- We pay 50 percent of all revenue collected net after EPOCH SYSTEMS transaction fees.
